The project aims to develop a comprehensive GTM strategy specifically tailored for services in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. The main aim is to get one paying customer. The Capstone project aims to address the following challenges and achieve these outcomes: Identify a High-Potential Customer Segment : Define a specific SME or enterprise segment (e.g., healthcare, finance, or manufacturing) with a clear need for Wouessi AI’s solutions, supported by market research. Develop Targeted Marketing Collateral : Create compelling, professional-grade materials (e.g., pitch decks, case studies, or whitepapers) to showcase Wouessi AI’s value proposition. Design a GTM Strategy : Build a data-driven GTM plan to engage and convert a paying customer, including lead generation, nurturing, and closing strategies. Leverage Emerging Technologies : Integrate AI-driven tools (e.g., analytics for customer insights or automation for outreach) to enhance the GTM strategy. Ensure Measurable Outcomes : Define KPIs and an analytics strategy to track the success of the GTM plan and ensure alignment with Wouessi AI’s ethical and scalable approach.

Requirement Analysis & Planning Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for the API from stakeholders. Define the API’s purpose, core features, and performance expectations. API Architecture & Design Design the API architecture following RESTful (or relevant) principles and industry best practices. Create clear endpoint definitions, data models, and authentication methods. Development & Implementation Build secure, scalable, and well-documented API endpoints that meet the agreed specifications. Employee Management System (HR Application) for Wouessi Digital

Welcome to Wouessi Digital ! We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for talented students to contribute to our innovative project, Employee Management System (HR Application) Enhancement .  Main Goal:   The primary objective of this project is to accelerate the development and enhancement of our Employee Management System (HR Application). Students will contribute to refining and extending functionalities, such as payroll management, employee timesheets, leave tracking, and onboarding workflows. We aim to improve operational efficiency, optimize the user experience, and ensure the scalability of the system. This project is designed to be manageable within a realistic timeframe of 60 hours, spread over 2-8 weeks.  Project Scope and Expectations:   During this project, students will focus on extending and improving the following key features of the Employee Management System :  Enhancing Employee Management:   Improve the UI and add advanced features such as search filters and better employee data organization.  Collaborate with the team to integrate employee records with other HR modules.  Optimizing Payroll Management:   Work on automating payroll calculations, deductions, taxes, and reporting.  Integrate payroll with timesheet and leave data for seamless pay processing.  Leave Management and Employee Timesheets:   Develop enhanced leave request workflows with manager approvals.  Extend timesheet features to include detailed task logging and integration with payroll.
