Students will apply their classroom knowledge in office administration to analyze the existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose practical solutions. This project provides an opportunity for learners to gain hands-on experience in real-world office administration, contributing to the company's operational efficiency. The focus will be on creating a cohesive plan that Herb Immortal Inc. can implement to achieve a more efficient administrative workflow.

Establish efficient administrative processes to manage financial tracking, communication, meetings, and data monitoring for the refugee program.
