Herb Immortal Inc. seeks to establish a robust marketing strategy for its AI-powered product in the natural health and wellness sector. The project aims to develop a comprehensive SaaS marketing plan that focuses on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. By defining a Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, the project will position the AI product as a leader in the industry. Students will identify target customer segments through research, focusing on both B2B and B2C profiles. The project will also explore content marketing, lead generation, and partnership strategies to enhance product visibility and credibility. Additionally, students will design customer onboarding experiences and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.

Deliverables

The project will deliver a detailed Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy document outlining key positioning, messaging, and launch tactics. Students will also provide a report on identified target customer segments and their pain points. Additionally, a content marketing plan, including blog posts and social media campaigns, will be developed. Finally, a proposal for customer onboarding and retention strategies, along with data-driven marketing optimization recommendations, will be presented.
