The goal of this project is to strengthen the market presence and sales of OMAX3M Magnesium , a wellness-focused product line, by leveraging digital platforms and building strategic local partnerships. Students will play an active role in: Promoting OMAX3M across digital channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Alignable Optimizing online marketplace listings (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Shopify, etc.) Creating engaging content tailored to OMAX’s brand and wellness benefits Developing partnerships with local yoga studios, health food stores, and wellness centers in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) This hands-on opportunity allows students to apply classroom knowledge in real-world digital marketing, content strategy, and partnership development. By the end of the project, students will: Deliver a digital marketing campaign with measurable KPIs (engagement, clicks, conversions) Generate new leads and potential sales partnerships Present a strategy for sustainable brand growth and revenue expansion This project is ideal for students interested in wellness brands, social media strategy, and grassroots business development.

Grant Proposal Development for Omax3m Initiatives
The project aims to develop a persuasive grant proposal to secure essential funding for Omax3m's upcoming initiatives. Omax3m is focused on expanding its impact and requires financial support to achieve its strategic goals. The proposal must effectively communicate the organization's mission, highlight its past successes, and outline the specific funding needs for future projects. The challenge lies in crafting a narrative that resonates with potential funders, demonstrating the value and impact of Omax3m's work. The project will involve researching potential funding sources, understanding their criteria, and tailoring the proposal to meet these requirements. This project will support Omax3M , a wellness and skincare brand, in securing new funding streams by developing strong, aligned grant proposals and partnership strategies. With several existing grants nearing their due dates, this initiative will prioritize timely submission of active proposals , while also creating reusable grant assets (such as templates, bios, budgets, and cover letters), identifying future funding opportunities , and crafting business partnership proposals to pitch to corporate wellness, health institutions, and product retailers.

Enhancing Omax Skincare Sales via Social Commerce and Shopify Optimization
Omax3m aims to increase its skincare product sales by leveraging social commerce and optimizing its Shopify platform. The current challenge is to effectively integrate social media channels with the Shopify store to drive higher traffic and conversion rates. The goal is to create a seamless shopping experience that encourages customer engagement and boosts sales. This project will involve analyzing current social media strategies, identifying key areas for improvement, and implementing Shopify enhancements.
