Working on this project with EIDR has been an incredibly valuable experience. As a student, I learned a lot about how cybersecurity documentation is structured and why it's so important for compliance and operational security. I got hands-on experience drafting and reviewing policies, justifications, and technical guidelines aligned with frameworks like the Trusted Partner Network (TPN). Before this project, I didn’t realize how detailed and interconnected cybersecurity documentation can be, from patch management and incident response to zero trust and cloud service policies. Being part of this process gave me a better understanding of how organizations protect themselves and prove compliance through clear, consistent documentation. Overall, I’m thankful for the opportunity and support from the team, especially Richard. This project has definitely helped me build real-world skills I’ll carry forward in my IT and cybersecurity career.
