The goal of this project is to support Quadromed’s entry into the U.S. market by helping define and validate key customer segments within cardiac diagnostics. The student will research specific healthcare provider categories, conduct competitive benchmarking, and build an initial outreach list using guided criteria. What is the main objective of this project?
