Business Development and Strategic Sales for Haletale Inc.
The main goal for the project is to develop and implement a strategic sales plan to reach potential customers and increase business development for Haletale Inc. This will involve reaching out to potential customers via different platforms, utilizing basic knowledge about real estate and Proptech, and leveraging good communication skills and CRM knowledge to drive sales and business growth. Students will be compiling a list of leads and contacts generated on an Excel/google sheet along with further information and notes collected from their research and outreach and submitted to the employer which will be reviewed weekly. Influencer Research and Campaign Management
The goal of this project is to conduct thorough research to identify potential influencers in all trending specific social media platforms, and evaluate influencers' content quality, engagement rates, and audience demographics to determine suitability for the Haletale Inc. brand. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching potential influencers on social media platforms. - Evaluating influencers' content quality, engagement rates, and audience demographics. - Assisting in negotiating and finalizing agreements with influencers. - Monitoring influencer campaigns and ensuring they align with the Haletale Inc. brand's message and values. - Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor influencer partnerships. - Providing regular reports and insights on influencer performance.

Strategic Prospect List Development for Haletale Inc.
The goal of this project is to research and identify property management companies or professionals in the real estate industry who rely on manual processes for portfolio management. The project will involve collecting and organizing relevant contact information, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles. Additionally, the project will involve conducting market analysis to understand the specific needs and pain points of property managers without portfolio management software. The project will also involve collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling outreach strategies, assisting in the creation of targeted messaging and outreach materials, maintaining and updating the prospect list to ensure accuracy and relevance, and tracking and reporting on the progress of prospect list development.

Strategic content and Reels for Haletale
The goal of this project is to create social media reels that are up to date with the latest trends, promote Haletale products, feature new releases, make the referral program a hit, and generate content for Linked In and Twitter.
