Teamwork
Jay is an exceptionally intelligent and trustworthy contributor who brings real depth and care to her work. Her ideas around fostering inclusion and psychological safety at FIA are well-considered and rooted in strong values. I particularly appreciate her ability to hold complex perspectives and think expansively about belonging across different identities and contexts. To strengthen the impact of her contributions even further, I’d love to see more of her insights translated into concrete, practical recommendations. For example, when proposing a role like an intersectionality lead, it would be helpful to outline specific responsibilities, training needs, or example scenarios that clarify how the idea could be implemented. With just a bit more specificity, her work could become an even more powerful driver of change.
