To strengthen the impact of her contributions even further, I’d love to see more of her insights translated into concrete, practical recommendations. For example, when proposing a role like an intersectionality lead, it would be helpful to outline specific responsibilities, training needs, or example scenarios that clarify how the idea could be implemented. With just a bit more specificity, her work could become an even more powerful driver of change.
