Mike Regis is an extremely passionate filmmaker who lives in Toronto, Ontario. Mike seeks to find the humanity in human relationships in every narrative he creates through his work as a Film Director. With a focus on Black experiences. Mike aims to portray the cultural and societal nuances authentically. Mike’s style is centred around portraying humanity through visual techniques such as production design, lighting, and camera to further provide realism to his characters and story. Mike is a recent Business Management graduate from Ryerson University and POV 3rd Street Alumni. Mike brings his strong business and film skills to every project he works on, such as Promotion and My 18th Birthday.

Fundraising Merchandise Design
Ancestral Hands Midwives is looking to diversify our revenue by creating our own line of Afrocentric merchandise. We believe this project will require: Develop merchandise designs (Ex. t-shirt design) Research and compose a list of consultants that can help deliver this project Find vendors that can manufacture the agreed upon items Obtain full quotes included fees and timelines and provide recommendations on which vendor to use Assist with research and initial steps of setting up an e-commerce site The final deliverables include: A report on the research, findings, and general design recommendations for the prototype(s) you developed. Provide a recommended manufacturer for the merchandise item you were assigned. Provide a recommended e-commerce platform based on your research. We are excited to work with students who support our mission and want to have fun creating unique merchandise. Whether you're a fashion student, artist or you're just interested in what we do, we want to work with you.
Brand Identity and Graphic Design
Thaumazo needs branding and graphic design! We're a new nonprofit with an innovative approach and mission, and need a logo and branding that will help others understand who we are and what we do. We are looking for teams that can help amplify what makes us unique and create better messaging for our brand.
Blogging
Our company offers physiotherapy,chiropractic and massage therapy services. We would like to create educational content on different medical conditions that would help our patients to better understand their medical conditions. It will also help us increase our online presence and create strong references for search engines like Google to rank us on the top and increase traffic to the website. We would like to collaborate with students to create blog posts on several medical conditions that we would be posting on our websites and social media sites to increase our online presence. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our goals, target audiences, service and medical conditions Doing research on different medical conditions as suggested by the media company that currently takes care of our online presence Drafting blog posts based on keywords that will improve our business rankings Revising blog posts based on feed back provided
Awareness Video Creation
1. Developing a solid understanding of the social cause, our mission, and objectives. 2. Recording a presentation or screencast aimed at raising awareness about the issue. 3. Identifying and applying fitting background music. 4. Incorporating text, transitions, and overlays to enhance the video. Additional steps, which are considered advantageous, include: 1. Presenting the video and making revisions based on received feedback. 2. Offering ideas and suggesting editing tools for future awareness videos.
