A client that owns the brand iio (iiokitchen.com) is looking for a freelance, part-time support person that can undertake website updates (via WordPress), photoshop photographs, update brochures and generally supply a technical skillset for updating digital and print assets. I will manage this person as part of my marketing role with the client. The client will pay the contractor directly.

The field of Property Management is complex, and traditionally is a very "paper" heavy industry with contracts, leases, condition reports and other manual types of documents.Since COVID, our company went to a remote employee model, with many team members in different locations and even, different countries.As a result all new documents are scanned and uploaded to a central Dropbox folder. The issue is some of our older files still exist in a filing cabinet in our office located in Winnipeg, Manitoba and needs to also be digital and in our servers, so our remote employees can access them.The scope of this project will entail:Going through a property's folder in our filing cabinet, verifying the types of documents in itAll documents will be verified to be scanned, the others can be shreddedScan the documents, upload them into our Dropbox serverUpload certain critical documents into our Property Management Software (lease, lease renewals, condition reports)

Integrating Finance game into Web-Application for educational tools - 1

Positions available: 5We would like to invite a team of students to work on integrating an application into a website that hosts several educational tools. The application is a Finance simulation game, where a student plays the role of an accountant. The application is already done, but it needs to be integrated into the main database of the other applications that are already developed. Students will be required to work with a team who is working on the other applications. They are going to be mentored by experts and lots of support is going to be offered to them.This is the second phase of the project. At this stage, students are to work on the professor's side and integrate it into the professor's dashboard and grade book. Professors should be able to add the game to their assignments.
