**Feedback for Sujal** Unfortunately, I didnโ€™t have the opportunity to work closely with Sujal throughout the project, as he did not take advantage of available mentorship or schedule one-on-one meetings. He attended only one team meeting, and overall communication was very limited. While I was unable to fully assess his skills or contributions beyond his final deliverable, his lack of engagement made it difficult to provide guidance or support. More proactive communication and participation would have helped him gain more from the experience and collaborate more effectively with the team. I encourage Sujal to take greater initiative in future projects by seeking mentorship and actively engaging with stakeholders to maximize his learning and impact.
