Over the years, I have played several roles in my equestrian company and other schools and hockey organizations. My ability to communicate, listen in a structured way and exchange are at the heart of my actions. A sense of responsibility, diplomacy and respect are the strengths with which I have built my career in 2 high-level sports.
As for my creativity, hard work and a taste for the challenge, they allowed me to accomplish great achievements that many thought impossible, all as innovative as each other.I am a leader who likes to motivate and stimulate the people I work with. Hockey Player Development E-Book and Evaluation Tool
DF Consultant Hockey aims to enhance the resources available for hockey player development by creating a comprehensive and interactive E-Book. This project involves compiling essential information for a hockey player booklet, including playbooks, hockey theory, psychology, off-ice training, and various evaluations. The goal is to generate an E-Book with engaging visuals and hyperlinks for easy navigation. Additionally, the project seeks to standardize existing Excel evaluation tools into a more user-friendly format, potentially through the creation of an app. The final step involves exploring integration possibilities with platforms like XPS, TPE, Kreezee, and possibly Pixellot. Students will have access to initial materials on Confluence and are encouraged to bring creative ideas to the project.
