The Project Management Dashboard Development project with Shabs B and LetsPopIn.com was a very positive and fruitful experience. During the internship experience, communication was always clear, expectations clear and feedback was constructive. Shabs was willing to help and listen, which has formed a partnership atmosphere, where we felt encouraged to share ideas and use our data analysis skills to make a real impact. This project assisted us to enhance technical and professional outcomes where real world implementation of dashboard design, data visualization and stake holder communication are concerned. During my Data Analysis Internship 2, working with the team at LetsPopIn.com on the Project Management Dashboard Development was a valuable and insightful experience. This has been an incredible learning experience with a well-rounded exploration of data extraction, LLM-powered data processing, and the importance of clear documentation. The project offered hands-on exposure to cutting-edge tools and workflows. My only constructive feedback would be that the project could benefit from more clearly defined, objective goals. Additionally, some parts could have been further optimized through affordable third-party APIs. Given the constraints of a free-tier setup, the LLMs used weren't always able to deliver the highest quality outputs—but within those limits, the project was a really amazing learning experience.
