The primary focus for the student will be: (Remove any that don't apply) Strategy - Develop an implementation plan for entering a new market; develop a go-to-market strategy; identify new funding and grant opportunities, write proposals. Operations - Recommend process improvements or redesign processes; develop improvements to supply chain processes; introduce quality assurance into our internal processes. Marketing - Complete a full customer, competitor, market, and environmental analysis; complete a marketing strategy review; design a new marketing strategy (product, place, price, and promotion); Sales - Design a new/improved prospecting process for our sales team; design a new/improved pricing or service structure. Talent - Design a new/improved recruitment process; develop a diversity and inclusion strategy; design a new/improved employee engagement program. Students will create and set up a high school Illuminate club, or university reading buddy program with our National Partner.

Website UI UX Design & Prototype for Asif

Our company would like to explore re-designing our current website with a prototype. We are always on the lookout for innovative and fresh UI and UX ideas that will help our users. This will involve: Conducting background research on our existing web application for the product. We are happy to provide a walkthrough and other resources to help bring them up to speed. Identifying key areas of our current website and what areas of focused might return the best results in a redesign. Learning and using various software design tools. We strongly recommend students learn how to use Figma as this is the latest and greatest tool currently available.
