psychology compensation strategyThe Partner Company "CC" provides psychological services to Albertans. CC is undertaking a review and refresh of their compensation strategy and needs to understand their current competitive positioning, as well contemporary total rewards packages in the industry.
The project requires developing a comprehensive environmental scan of compensation norms and trends in the partner company’s sector, and includes topics of a) compensation mix, b) ranges, averages, and customary levels of compensation, and novel and emerging compensation offerings. The package is sourced from publicly available information, as well as fee-based services if and when approved and paid for by the partner company.
The final deliverables should take the form of:
- A final report
- A 30-minute presentation
Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.
