Are you experiencing a business challenge related to labour law and employment? Bring on learners from the University of Lethbridge to develop and review HR policies to ensure they are compliant with Canadian labour and employment law, particularly focusing on Alberta’s legislation. Over seven weeks, students will apply their legal knowledge to real-world scenarios, culminating in a final report and presentation to the client.
Business Analytics- Capstone Project (Fall 2024)

Students will be able to work with data, including cleaning up the data, structure the data for business applications, apply analytical tools to identify underlying patterns, interdependences, and other techniques to generate insights The final deliverables of such projects could include written report, a digital dashboard, a set of raw and cleaned data, and a PowerPoint presentation.
Strategic Compensation

Are you experiencing a business challenge related to compensation, retention or total rewards? Bring on learners from the University of Lethbridge to develop a comprehensive compensation strategy. Over the course of seven weeks, learners will work in groups to analyze your current compensation practices, conduct market research, evaluate job roles, and design a strategic total rewards package. The project will culminate in a final report and presentation.
