Leadership Training Module Development
Our non profit organization provides leadership training for our members so they are prepared and successful in leadership positions. Our members vary in their career stages, from early careerists to advanced. We would like to create training modules that reflect the career stages, the industry we work in, and key skills necessary to succeed. Tasks may involve: Familiarizing themselves with our organization's mission and member base. Conducting research on corporate training programs of other organizations. Analyzing data from member interviews and surveys regarding training, including previous work completed through the Riipen program. Creating training modules based on leadership topics. This may include active listening, generational differences in the workplace, conflict resolution, coaching for success, time management, and more.
