The project will involve researching best practices in Canada and making recommendations to increase income for coops in Africa. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Analyzing the current state of organic income generation in Kenya
- Developing a comparison between the two countries
- Identifying areas for improvement in Kenya
- Making recommendations for increasing income for coops in Africa
By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

Final deliverables should include:
- A written report outlining the research, analysis, and recommendations.
