We need someone with great attention to detail and experience with partnerships, sponsorship and community building/outreach.
We are looking for two individuals who would be able to run our programs and source out venues for workshops and partners we can work with to continue delivering accessible educational resources to our members. Someone with Microsoft skills, google suite and (CRM experience) is a bonus but not required. Great with filing and organizing, administration, securing funding and researching grants and opportunities available to us and our charity.
We will love to hear from you if you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb organizational abilities, superb interpersonal abilities, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
The operation Assistant will act as second in command to the Executive Director.
The project task includes:
- Admin (managing and responding to emails, calendar organizing, updating website etc).
- Outreaching and researching businesses, programs and services we can partner or collaborate with.
- Promptly answer the questions for the team and other stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and businesses.
- Supporting the Digital team with our newsletter.
- Engaging with our members in the community channel.
- Conducting research.
- Maintain communication with clients and help to improve business practices.
- Prepare and file forms and other documents.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Analyze and help manage the daily activities/ operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the Manager/founder.
Students will work closely with the Executive Director who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary. They will also be working with an assigned board member on a day to day basis to discuss any requirements and to answer any questions.
Students will have all required accessed to Odihi networks for the duration of the project.
