The main goal for the project is to propose a user interface and user experience design for the current platform/mobile app being developed by Pawsome Concierge. The design should prioritize ease of use, accessibility, and an intuitive experience for pet parents looking for reliable pet daycare, pet sitting, and overnight boarding services. The UI/UX should also reflect the company's mission of advocating for the holistic well-being of pets and their guardians.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Researching the target audience and their needs as pet parents.

- Creating wireframes and prototypes for the platform/mobile app.

- Conducting user testing and gathering feedback for iterative design improvements.

- Collaborating with the development team to ensure seamless integration of the UI/UX design.

By the end of the project, students should complete the following tasks:

- User research report outlining the needs and preferences of pet parents.

- Wireframes and prototypes for the platform/mobile app.

- User testing results and a report on design improvements based on feedback.

- Final UI/UX design assets ready for integration with the development team.

Final deliverables:

- A comprehensive UI/UX design proposal including research, wireframes, prototypes, and final design assets.

- Presentation of the design proposal to the Pawsome Concierge team.

For students participating in the program, the support includes hands-on startup experience, dedicated staff time, mentoring, and potential access to data. Additionally, students may have the option to access company files, provided they sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to maintain confidentiality.
