We are assembling a team to create a scientifically backed product training manual that reflects our brand ethos. This manual will serve as a tool to educate retail partners, empowering them to confidently communicate our brand story, ingredient sourcing, product benefits, and scientific results in a clear, engaging, and trainable manner.

Deliverables

Researcher (Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Cosmetic Formulation, Dermatology Preferred)


Responsibilities:

  • Review current training manual and citations to develop a shorter training manual with focus on ingredient profiles, ingredient function and skin function
  • Conduct in-depth research on the chemical profiles and skin benefits of Curù Skin’s ingredients (resources also provided) where required
  • Scientifically explain the effects of each ingredient on the skin and the mechanisms behind product efficacy with existing manual as a guide
  • Provide scientific references to support ingredient benefits and product claims.
  • Translate complex scientific information into easy-to-understand, digestible content supported by diagrams where applicable
  • Edit and refine content for clarity, tone, and consistency with the brand’s voice

Qualifications:

  • Degree in biochemistry, life sciences, cosmetic formulation, dermatology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of ingredient compositions, skincare formulations and their impact on skin health.
  • Ability to write clear, concise, scientifically accurate content.
  • Experience in research or the skincare/beauty industry is a plus.
