Sugamu, a company aiming to enhance its online presence, seeks to develop a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand engagement and audience growth. The project involves analyzing current social media trends and identifying key platforms where Sugamu's target audience is most active. The team will research competitor strategies and audience preferences to craft a tailored approach that aligns with Sugamu's brand identity. The goal is to create a cohesive strategy that not only increases followers but also fosters meaningful interactions with the audience. This project will enable learners to apply their knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and analytics to real-world scenarios, providing valuable insights into the dynamics of social media marketing.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a detailed social media strategy document outlining objectives, target audience, and platform-specific tactics. Additionally, the team will produce a content calendar featuring four weeks of engaging posts, including text, images, and multimedia content designed to captivate Sugamu's audience. The deliverables will also include a report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the strategy and recommendations for future improvements.


  • Audit current social media presence (platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Twitter(x), BlueSky).
  • Research trends and competitors to inform strategy.
  • Create a 4-week content calendar with 20+ posts (mix of graphics, videos, captions).
  • Design a paid ad campaign proposal for 1 platform.
  • Submit a final report with metrics benchmarks and improvement recommendations.
