The company aims to enhance its market presence and attract more clients through a well-defined marketing strategy. The goal of this project is to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that leverages both digital and traditional marketing channels. The learners will analyze the current market trends, identify target audiences, and create tailored marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and client engagement. This project will provide an opportunity for learners to apply their classroom knowledge in marketing strategy, market analysis, and campaign execution to a real-world business scenario.



Key tasks include:


- Conducting a market analysis to identify target demographics and competitors.


- Developing a marketing strategy that includes digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.


- Creating marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, and email newsletters.


- Implementing the marketing campaigns and measuring their effectiveness.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project will include a comprehensive marketing strategy document, a set of marketing materials, and a final report on the implementation and effectiveness of the marketing campaigns. Specifically, the team will provide:


- A detailed marketing strategy document outlining the target audience, marketing channels, and campaign plans.
