The main goal for the project is to research the US intellectual property law sector to analyze the demographics in senior roles, specifically focusing on the percentage of women and ethnic minority Partners, as well as those from disadvantaged backgrounds. The research needs to be data-driven and will be published on the Fellows and Associates website.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Conducting research on the US intellectual property law sector.

- Collecting and analyzing data on the demographics in senior roles.

- Identifying the percentage of women and ethnic minority Partners and those from disadvantaged backgrounds.

- Compiling the research findings into a comprehensive report.

- Presenting the research findings in a clear and informative manner.

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:

- A comprehensive research report on the US intellectual property law sector demographics in senior roles.

- Data analysis and visualization of the percentage of women and ethnic minority Partners and those from disadvantaged backgrounds.

- A presentation summarizing the key findings of the research.
