Engage, support and mentor our Beta users and Community Ambassadors on strategies to help build community participation, connections and content sharing.

Hands-on support to create and increase content engagement and member collaboration on the digital Farmer.Community.

- Create a welcome messaging for community members in order to deliver a high touch experience that supports each new member through a streamlined onboarding process

- Community listening and management: daily check-ins (minimum 1 hour)

- Grow and nurture our digital Farmer.community

- Ensure that everything we do is grounded in member's needs, applying understanding using data analytics and insights

- Create processes to assist our subject matter experts and collaborators to post Community content

- Answer related questions and create support material (email, social media posts) on how to use our Community platform.

- Create daily processes to encourage member participation as we beta test the Farmer.community; such as member polls and questions, surveys and more.

- Collaborate with the Community Engagement team members

• Provide feedback to the student in order to assess their professionalism and the completion of objectives.
• A representative of the company will be available for a pre-selection discussion with the administrator of the internship program to review the project scope.
• A representative of the company will be available to answer questions from students in a timely manner for the duration of the project
• An supervisor will be assigned to the student to provide a performance evaluation of the student if necessary.
