The main goal of this project is to design and structure information systems, including online filing systems, to enhance usability and accessibility. The systems should facilitate the efficient organisation and retrieval of information for others in this climate action organization.

To achieve the project goal, learners should complete the following tasks:

- Analyze the current information management systems.

• Research and analyze existing information systems and their usability and accessibility.

- Re-design the online filing system and ensure that it is user-friendly and accessible.

- Create a system that allows for the efficient organisation and retrieval of information.

- Test the system and make improvements based on user feedback.

- Develop a user guide and training materials for the system.
