My communication was limited on my project for Cyber Security Consultation, however I have found the program extremely helpful to inspire me to leverage the program to forward with my initiatives with this goal. If I am honest, there was no collaboration or guidance from my coordinator from the start to finish. I would have appreciated an introduction to Rippen from my coordinator or a simple check in to ensure that I was able to navigate the project and to ensure the requirements of my part were met or to address my questions however it appeared I had to learn through the platform on my own. There was no relationship between myself and the coordinator. Our student was amazing and organized as well as prepared. It was a great match for this project.

It was a positive experience being accepted into this project and initially welcoming the assigned group. However, upon further consideration of the short training and prior experience of each team member, I have concluded that some may not be the best fit. I am grateful for the consideration given to my project nonetheless.

The team support was great! We had a few students need help with dates and team arrangement. The support team was always there to assist. I quite appreciated working with them on this project

When I initially met with Dev for the onboarding meeting he seemed very knowledgeable and engaged in this project. As the project timeline progressed he did not finish any of the assigned deliverables, did not show up for planned meetings and completely stopped communicating. Very unprofessional. Please do not hire.
