While the project itself was interesting and I assigned some of my strongest students to it, they encountered significant challenges with communication. I understand that the employer had other commitments; however, meetings were sometimes conducted from a car, with limited visibility and engagement, which made it difficult for students to feel fully supported. They expressed concerns about a lack of clarity and limited accessibility, which impacted their ability to confidently move forward. Despite these obstacles, I continued to encourage them to do their best with the information available, and they remained committed to delivering quality work.
