My experience with IITTI’s framework enhanced my strategic leadership skills by engaging employers in structured recruitment, retention, and performance reviews. I observed improved inclusivity and employee engagement, as well as challenges in scalability and change resistance. This reinforced the importance of proactive leadership, accountability, and continuous adaptation in fostering workplace diversity.
