Ankita was very approachable and worked to understand the assignment. She sometimes talks fast and is difficult to understand. I would recommend she slow down in her communication to better convey her message.

    Ankita was able to work moderately independently once she understood what was required of her.

    Ankita engaged well but I found she had to be prompted to do work and was only moderately independent.

    Did the student effectively manage their time and meet project deadlines? If so, how?
    I don't believe the student was effective with her time management. She procrastinated and only worked on the project when prompted to when meetings were scheduled. She only worked independently when she was give a specific research task.
