The project with Tellent of analyzing the Canadian recruitment trends and how recruitment of women can be improved in Canada exposed us to a wider realm of women recruitment. Further, it facilitated the development of our analytical and critical skills as well as creative and innovative problem-solving for the issues revealed throughout our research. This project was critical in deepening our understanding of staffing and recruitment while exposing us to the practicality of this field which made learning immersive and engaging.
