Seeing Coco, Terry and Nick for the first time, narrating their journey melted our hearts and we were carried away. Right from the first time to subsequent meetings either with me or the students, they were very attentive(consider that they are 3 hours away!) All documentations needed were supplied and every meeting attended. Presenting the human side of pet care industry to us and its potentials allowed the student to do more research. I believe the students and i took away the high energy, love and disruptive nature of the business owner and believe the experience we gleaned, each of us will go and duplicate it in our own small businesses.
