Maria brings a wealth of professional experience and common sense in addition to applying her studies to the project given. We felt we were in the hands of a consultant, not a student. Maria completed a quantitative survey of Board members and then follow up with confidential interviews to evaluate the state of the governance body as a whole, rather than simply sticking with the original project of evaluating the position and job description for the Executive Director. She followed up with a straightshooting presentation and recommendations to the Board. Maria was great to work with and took the project on with great interest and enthusiasm.
