Good work. Consider contacting your State Representative when you see articles related to punishment of young people where skill building and engagement would be better answers. Pushing kids into the justice system has been a staple of policing for about 50 years. It was terrible in the 60's and 70's. Expulsion/incarceration works great for communities trying to build prisons and jails. For communities trying to build citizens, you might say the institution is creating what it was designed to stop. Best wishes, MikeT
