Project Examples
Requirements
If any of your projects require the skills and expertise listed above, our students are available for 120 hours of placement to complete your intensive projects from May 26 to Aug 28, 2020.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, student placements will only occur virtually.
Students can complete a substantial project for your organization over the placement period. We suggest providing a starting project, but as the placement goes on there may be other duties or projects the student is asked to complete as well. Providing a central project creates structure for the internship, and gives the student (and company) a tangible goal.
Desired projects
Students come from an array of exemplary concentrations and specialties, resulting in a fruitful opportunity for employers to present a plethora of projects. Here is a non-exhaustive list of skills and projects that our students can complete:
- Law, government, or policy connecting companies to constituents.
- Emergency responses on local or national scale to situations like pandemics, threats to security and safety, natural disasters, etc.
- Integration of policy surrounding cybersecurity.
- Project management.
- International relations.
Benefits to the employer
- Employers help the university produce highly productive and potential future leaders by complementing and enhancing a student’s academic study through meaningful work experience.
